Owner / Landscape Manager

Garrett has played an influential part in building the landscape design and build portion of the business. He has always had a passion for creating new spaces and bringing new life to existing landscapes. His areas of expertise include architectural drafting, landscape design, and landscape management. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and continues to expand his knowledge in horticulture.

Owner / Landscape Manager

Thom started Thom’s Lawn Care (TLC) in 1988. The simple services of routine lawn maintenance were the primary focus of TLC. However, customers were soon requesting other services associated with home ownership. Thom recognized the need for a business that provided lawn care services to individuals who could not maintain their home and lawns on their own and for those who needed assistance maintaining their properties while they are away. After deciding to expand and include these responsibilities, we decided to restructure and make the name change to Rabbers Property Management.

Landscape Manager

Jessie is a proud member of the Rabbers Property Management team. He started in May 2014 and fondly says the Rabbers are family to him. Jessie has been caring for lawns since he was 15 years old and loves to learn new things on each job site. Since coming on board he has attended the GIE Expo and is broadening his knowledge of landscape construction. If Jessie is not working he enjoys fishing and relaxing with his family.

Landscape Manager

Jim joined the Rabbers Property Management team in July 2016. Jim enjoys working and learning about the landscape construction world. When Jim is not working he is more than likely on the course, enjoying his love of Golf.

Office Manager

Carolyn Rabbers is excited to join the team in January 2017. As the office manager she hopes to increase the productivity of Rabbers Property Management and support all of its customers. While in the office, Carolyn is happily accompanied by her pug puppy. In her free time, she dances, enjoys wine tasting, and exercising.
